Registration
Registration for the Spring Meeting has now reached capacity. Individuals who have not yet registered but previously communicated with ECOS staff regarding their intent to do so should contact Lily Schneider to complete registration. We are unable to accommodate additional registrations, including onsite registrations, at this time.
By January 30 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern:
- $675 member/state
- $775 federal/dues-paying Alumni Association
- $875 other
Add $75 for registration 1/31-2/27. Add $50 more 2/28-3/20. 3/20 is the final registration deadline.
Important Notes:
- Capacity is limited, and registration is first-come, first-served.
- Payment is required at the time of registration. Government employees required to pay by purchase order may email Lily Schneider to register.
- Cancellation by 1/30 is subject to a $75 fee. Non-emergency cancellation after 11:59 p.m. Eastern on 1/30 is non-refundable.
Hotel
Update (February 9): The room block at the JW Marriott is now sold out for the nights of March 29-April 1. For guests who were unable to secure a room, alternative accommodations may be found at:
- Andaz Savannah, a 6-minute walk from the JW Marriott,
- Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District, a 4-minute walk from the JW Marriott, or
- Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District, a 5-minute walk from the JW Marriott.
Previous Hotel Information: Call (800) 228-9290 and mention the 2026 ECOS Spring Meeting to reserve a room at the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District at the special ECOS group rate of $299 per night, plus applicable state and local taxes. Please see additional booking details below:
- The ECOS reservation cutoff at the JW Marriott is February 28. Reservations received after this date, or after the block is filled, are subject to prevailing rates and availability.
- The ECOS room block covers the nights of March 29, 30, and 31. The special ECOS group rate is available three days pre- and post-meeting, based on hotel availability.
- Cancellations must be received no less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
- Check-in time is 4 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Valet parking for guests is $53/day for overnight parking, or $21/day (subject to change). Self-parking is available at the prevailing city rate, currently $15 (0-4 hours), $20 (4-8 hours), and $48 (8+ hours/overnight).
Transportation
The hotel is located 10 miles from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV). If you are interested in being matched with other attendees for a shared car rental or ride service, email Lily Schneider with your flight arrival and departure information.
While the hotel does not provide a shuttle service, a list of transportation options is available on the airport website.

Dress is business casual.
