Important Notes:
- Payment is requested at the time of registration. Government employees required to pay by purchase order may email Lily Schneider to register.
- Cancellation by July 10 is subject to a $75 fee. Non-emergency cancellation after 11:59 p.m. Eastern on July 10 is nonrefundable.
Hotel
Update (July 13): The ECOS room block is sold out over the nights of August 30 and 31 and September 1. To be added to the ECOS waiting list, please contact Lily Schneider. Attendees who no longer need a room at the Trailborn are asked to contact Lily before canceling any nights so that she can arrange a transfer to the next attendee on the waiting list. Book online or call (800) 522-5464 and mention the 2026 ECOS Fall Meeting to reserve hotel rooms at the Trailborn Jackson Hole at the special ECOS group rate of $299 (without balcony) and $319 (with balcony), plus applicable state and local taxes. One-bedroom condos at the hotel are offered a base rate of $419. All lodging is priced below the federal per diem rate of $420, but available only until Thursday, July 16 (the reservation deadline) or sooner in the likely event of sellout.

- The ECOS room block covers the nights of August 30 and 31 and September 1. The special ECOS group rate is available three days pre- and post-meeting, based on hotel availability.
- Because supply is limited, ECOS kindly asks that only attendees take advantage of the special rates and that they limit their reservation to one room.
- A deposit of two nights (plus room and tax) is required upon booking, with the remainder to be charged 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival.
- Please cancel no later than 15 days prior to your arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Guests reserving condos should be aware that they are situated on an incline and may present accessibility challenges.
- Check-in time is 4 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Overnight parking for guests is free.
Transportation
The hotel is located approximately 10.5 miles (18 minutes) from Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). Trailborn Jackson Hole provides a complimentary shuttle service for hotel guests, to and from the airport, on a limited basis. Advanced booking is required.
If you are staying at a hotel other than the Trailborn and need transportation to and from the venue, we encourage you to explore the Start Bus public transit system. The Start Bus provides service between Teton Village and Jackson, with one-way fares of up to $3, depending on your boarding location. Shuttles within the Town of Jackson are free.
