Attire for April 8 and 9 is business and for April 7 and 10 is business casual.
In lieu of paper agendas, ECOS will again use the mobile meeting app Guidebook at the Spring Meeting. The personalized app will feature the agenda, area attractions, floor plans, live polls, and more. More information to come.

$775 federal/dues-paying Alumni Association
Add $75 for registration 3/2-3/29. Add $50 more after 8/29.
Cancellation by 3/1 subject to $35 fee. Non-emergency cancellation after 3/1 non-refundable.
***ECOS cannot comp attendees who plan to attend one session only, unless they are speakers for that session.
Meeting attendees should make their own room reservations at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel. ECOS rates are available until March 18 or sellout of the room block, whichever is sooner. Guest rooms are available at the special rate of $269, plus applicable taxes and fees (book here), and a limited number of federal per diem rate rooms are available to any interested attendees on a first-come, first-served basis (book here). ECOS room nights include April 7, 8, and 9 with limited availability the three days before and after the event. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is noon. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid charges.
The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. Pickup and drop-off at Terminal A (hotel shuttle area), Terminal B, and Terminal C. For any shuttle-related questions, call (703) 413-1300. Self-parking is also available at the hotel for $22/day.
