A block of rooms is being held for conference attendees at the Grouse Mountain Lodge. The special group rate (is $150/night (single/double), plus tax. Please reserve a room at (800) 321-8822 by August 21, 2009 and BE SURE TO BE INCLUDED IN THE ECOS ROOM BLOCK. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space- and rate-available basis only. IMPORTANT NOTE: ROOM CANCELLATION DEADLINE IS 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF HOTEL STAY! CANCELLATIONS OF ONE OR ALL NIGHTS AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE!
