ECOS convenes two general membership meetings per year, an annual membership meeting and a spring membership meeting. In addition, ECOS hosts multiple project-based meetings. Guidelines for Speakers Participating in General Sessions


FULL REGISTRATION-Early rate (paid by 2/26): $675 member/state; $775 federal/dues-paying Alumni Association; $875 other. Add $75 for registration 2/27-4/1. Add $50 more after 4/1. ONE-DAY REGISTRATION-Early rate (paid by 2/26): $350 member/state; $400 federal/alumni association; $450 other. Add $50 for registration 2/27-4/1. Add $50 more after 4/1. IMPORTANT NOTES-Cancellation by 2/26 subject to $35 fee. Non-emergency cancellation after 2/26 non-refundable. ***ECOS cannot comp attendees who plan to attend one session only, unless they are speakers for that session.

Attendees should make their own room reservations at The Omni Nashville Hotel at (800) THE-OMNI and refer to the Environmental Council of the States Spring Meeting. The special ECOS group rate is available until March 10 or sellout of the room block, whichever is sooner. ECOS' room rate is $247 for single occupancy and $257 for double occupancy, plus applicable taxes and fees in effect at the time of checkout. ECOS room nights include April 10, 11, and 12, with limited availability on the bookend nights of April 9 and 13. ***Any guaranteed reservation cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be subject to a one night room and tax cancellation fee.


ECOS is pleased to offer an optional group activity in conjunction with the Spring Meeting. (The April 10 evening event at the Country Music Hall of Fame described in the agenda is included in the registration fee, whereas the April 12 evening event is not.) ECOS has secured 60 tickets for the April 12 at 7:30 p.m. “We’re All for the Hall” concert at the nearby Bridgestone Arena. Featured performers include Keith Urban, Vince Gill, Luke Bryan, Peter Frampton, Emmylou Harris, and others. Tickets are available to attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested, please make out a check to ECOS for as many $55 tickets as you would like and mail it to ECOS, Attention Katie Fehrenbach, 50 F Street NW, Suite 350, Washington, DC 20001. She will send an email confirmation upon receipt. Tickets will be distributed at the meeting on April 12.
