ECOS convenes two general membership meetings per year, an annual membership meeting and a spring membership meeting. In addition, ECOS hosts multiple project-based meetings. HOTEL: The ECOS group rate/federal per diem rate of $226 at the Arlington Renaissance Capital View (located next to Reagan National Airport) is available for the nights of September 15, 16, and 17, until sold out or August 26.
