
Beth Graves is an Executive Project Manager at ECOS, supporting the Budget & Management (BAM) Committee. Beth supports state engagement with EPA on budget development, provides states with review of EPA budget documents, and supports state outreach to inform congressional members and staff about state environmental agency work. She also supports the E-Enterprise for the Environment initiative which works to modernize the business of environmental protection including use of artificial intelligence and permit efficiency. Beth joined ECOS after having worked with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (formerly Department of Environment & Natural Resources) on the state’s performance-based leadership program, on environmental management systems (EMS), and pollution prevention initiatives. She also worked for a non-profit on recycling materials markets for the City of Durham, NC. Beth graduated from Duke University with a BA in Economics.
