The New Mexico Environment Department’s Air Quality Bureau has developed a compliance assessment program for small businesses that offers free assistance to small businesses that want help identifying air quality permit violations. The program allows small businesses to voluntarily disclose violation(s) to the Air Quality Bureau and correct them with help from the Small Business Environmental Assistance Program.
