This month, the Nebraska Department of Environment & Energy (DEE) will host a Hazardous Waste Determinations Webinar. The free webinar will help Nebraska hazardous waste generators understand and perform waste determination, and will also touch on common violations detected through inspections and proper disposal of various materials. This Hazardous Waste presentation is the latest in a robust series of free virtual events the agency has held to educate regulated entities. Earlier iterations have included a four-part webinar series in spring 2020 on the International Energy Conservation Code, a July webinar on Waste Reduction and Recycling Grant Opportunities, and a February webinar on Resource Conservation & Recovery Act Large Quantity Generators compliance.
