The Minnesota Pollution Control Authority has developed a new data and mapping tool to begin to explore how changes in the electricity generation system in Minnesota may affect communities around the state, especially communities of concern for environmental justice.
The tool has interactive maps and charts that show the locations and possible effects of power plants and their emissions on environmental justice communities.
