The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has finalized its new National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for construction activity. The new online approach for the construction stormwater general permits enables permit coverage for projects in 72 hours or less. The permit became effective on August 1, when the previous permit expired.
