The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has created the “Small Business Guide to Environmental, Safety, And Health Regulations,” a tool to help educate small businesses about regulations that apply to their operations. The guide addresses handling of waste and other materials that could have an environmental impact, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
This resource is in addition to the free and confidential environmental assistance to Indiana businesses provided by the Compliance and Technical Assistance Program within IDEM’s Office of Pollution Prevention and Technical Assistance.
