This week, Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) announced a partnership with the Bipartisan Policy Center to help educate citizens and the regulated community with an upcoming webinar on U.S. EPA’s proposed Affordable Clean Energy Rule (ACE).
The partners will present a joint webinar on October 10 at 9 a.m. Central to provide an overview of the rule and a comparison of ACE to the Clean Power Plan, and outline the regulatory and legal next steps.
