This joint letter to Congress from ECOS, the Association of State Drinking Water Administrators (ASDWA), the Association of Clean Water Administrators (ACWA), and Western States Water Council (WSWC), which represent state agencies and programs, voices support for both increased funding for drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure that protects public health and the environment and for increased resources for states to administer their programs and support new investments.
