This press release announces ECOS members’ decision to elect Liesl Eichler Clark, Director of the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, & Energy, to serve as Secretary-Treasurer, and ECOS President Myra Reece’s appointment of former President Todd Parfitt, Director of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, as Past President. President Reece also announced the appointment of Jim Macy, Director of the Nebraska Department of Environment & Energy and a past ECOS President, to serve as Co-Chair of the ECOS Environmental Justice Workgroup.
