Lily Schneider is a Project Manager at ECOS, having joined the staff in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning to Executive Assistant. Lily has worked as an environmental educator in Baltimore for the Living Classrooms Foundation and as a Chesapeake Conservation Corps Intern performing conservation field work with U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. Born and raised in Annapolis, she graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in Biology. In May 2025, Lily received her JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, with a concentration in Environmental Law.
