Evan Madden is a Project Manager for the Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council. Evan is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan with a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Planning. Before graduate school, Evan studied Journalism and Creative Writing at the University of Toledo, where he subsequently worked as a multimedia journalist with the local CBS affiliate. Evan also lived abroad working as a copywrighter for Greenpeace New Zealand.
