Derick Winn is a Project Manager for the Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council (ITRC). Derick previously worked for the Commonwealth of Virginia for 14 years, specializing in various water quality programs including municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4), water quality improvement grants, and water quality trading. He holds a Master’s in Environmental Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and brings experience managing state environmental programs as well as his expertise in leading multi-stakeholder workgroups. Derick is passionate about developing practical, scientifically-backed solutions to complex environmental issues. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, kayaking, and playing board/tabletop games with friends and coworkers.
