Julie Sweeney is the Finance Manager at ECOS. Prior to her role at ECOS, she served as Assistant Director of Finance for the National Association of Secondary School Principals and also has experience working in public accounting firms and corporate environments. Julie holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Northern Virginia, as well as a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Accountancy from universities in China.
