This resolution requests that the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency provide a consultative role for state and territorial co-regulators related to the development and implementation of clean hydrogen standards pursuant to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law/Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
