In this resolution, ECOS urges EPA to provide advance notice to states before scheduled releases of datasets; urges EPA to test new reporting tools with states in closed environments; urges EPA to establish a prenotification process that alerts states to unscheduled releases of datasets; encourages that raw data be put into context when released; and supports EPA’s responsible use of AI.
