Resolution 04-3: Small Community Water Challenges
In this resolution, ECOS requests that the federal government work with state and local governments to address current and future small community drinking water and wastewater requirements and to assist small communities in managing their regulatory requirements; and that federal funding for small communities be directed to states to provide small communities the technical and compliance resources they need.
