State Contributions to Enforcement and Compliance

ECOS received funds from the US EPA to conduct research on States: 1) Enforcement and Compliance Measures and 2) Compliance Assistance Efforts from 2000 to 2003. The final report steming from this research "State Environmental Agency Contributions to Enforcement and Compliance: 2000-2003" was published in June 2006.
