Resolutions

Resolutions represent the formal policies of ECOS. ECOS considers these policies at its Spring and Annual Meetings each year. In ECOS resolutions, the word "state" is used to include territories and the District of Columbia.

All resolutions are effective for three years then must be renewed in order to be kept.
