FULL REGISTRATION-Early rate (paid by 2/6): $675 member/state/nonprofit; $775 federal/dues-paying Alumni Association; $875 other. Add $75 for registration 2/7-3/6. Add $50 more after 3/6. ONE-DAY REGISTRATION-Early rate (paid by 2/6): $350 member/state; $400 federal/alumni association; $450 other. Add $50 for registration 2/7-3/6. Add $50 more after 3/6. IMPORTANT NOTES-Cancellation by 2/6 subject to $35 fee. Non-emergency cancellation after 2/6 non-refundable. ***REGISTRATION POLICY CHANGE: ECOS no longer can comp attendees who plan to attend one session only, unless they are speakers for that session.

HOTEL:

Attendees should make their own room reservations at the Mayflower Renaissance Hotel at the link below or (877) 212-5752. The special ECOS group rate is available until February 16 or sellout of the room block, whichever is sooner. ECOS' room rate is $259, plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.5%) in effect at the time of checkout. ECOS room nights include March 15, 16, and 17, with limited availability on the bookend nights of March 13, 14, 18, and 19. Check-in time is 3 p.m., and check-out time is noon. See the hotel reservation link for the room cancellation policy.***FEB. 11 UPDATE: The ECOS room block at the Mayflower is now sold out on most nights, and the hotel’s online reservation system will turn away attendees who request a range of dates if any of those dates are unavailable (even if one or more are available). Call Mayflower reservations directly to check availability for a given night. Alternatively, call reservations (202/775-0800) at the Renaissance Washington, DC Dupont Circle Hotel to reserve a room at that nearby property. Current rates are $249 for March 15 and $299 for March 16 and 17, but availability of these rates is not guaranteed.
