The Planning Committee works to improve state strategic planning efforts nationwide. The Committee concentrates on aligning state and federal planning goals and objectives, as well as promoting NEPPS and helping increase communication between the states and EPA on planning and priority setting activities. Report on the pilot projects that addresses state capacity to improve results-based management during calendar year 2004. Included are appendices with examples of activities and deliverables.

Steve Owens (AZ) and Stephanie Hallock (OR) prepared the two page blueprint detailing ECOS' commitments for promoting and implementing the planning innovations initiated by the ECOS Alignment and PPA workgroup. )
