ECOS/EPA Planning Alignment Workgroup

A join ECOS/EPA effort to assist states with aligning their planning processes and priority setting efforts with EPA. The project is spearheaded by the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at EPA. The co-chairs are Steve Owens (AZ), Stephanie Hallock (OR), Donna Deleon (EPA) and David Ziegele (EPA). The primary ECOS staff person for this effort is Natalie Roy (NRoy@sso.org).
