This resolution requests that EPA continue to collaborate with states and territories to incorporate materials management as an important strategic approach for addressing environmental challenges; requests that EPA continue to work with states and territories to integrate the use of life-cycle materials management into existing programs; and requests that EPA engage states and territories in its efforts to educate consumers and other stakeholders about strengthening secondary markets for recycling.
